Perfectionism is not a trap

If perfectionism can not be reached then it is not a trap because a trap by definition needs to be reached.

Perfectionism can be regarded as an abstract ideal that can serve as a guiding directional principle.

What is a trap is the belief that you can reach perfectionism, because it will prevent you from initiating, performing or finishing a project.
